Dmytro Liubota noted that Ukraine had once again suffered a massive missile attack by the Russian Federation. “Here in Warsaw, I didn’t feel it — but my family in Ukraine didn’t sleep last night. And in moments like this, I would rather be with my family under shelling than here, in safety,” he said.
The MP emphasized that for years, Ukraine has stood on the front line of hybrid attacks and disinformation. Today, direct attacks have unfortunately become a part of daily life for Ukrainians.
“The worst part is that the truth is under attack. Russia created propaganda for its own people. At first, it sounds absurd — but when repeated daily, some begin to believe that the truth lies somewhere in between. But it does not. There is no truth in propaganda. Only lies and distortion of reality,” Dmytro Liubota stressed.

According to him, the aggressor spreads falsehoods globally, pushing others to believe the same fictions that Russians are taught to believe — all to justify the war. “But in a world governed by the rule of law, there should be no place for justifying war. We must act. Together, we must strengthen cross-border cyber security through real-time information exchange, invest in public digital literacy, and build immunity to manipulation,” he emphasized. He also called for ensuring accountability of online platforms and promoting European narratives based on truth, democracy, and solidarity.
